From South of Plano – Take Northbound Dallas North Tollway to Windhaven Parkway. Turn Left on Windhaven Parkway, PENT will be on your left in the same Building as Windhaven Dental, Across from Gupta Orthodontics.

From North of Plano – Take Southbound Dallas North Tollway to Windhaven Parkway. Turn Right on Windhaven Parkway,PENT will be on your right in the same Building as Windhaven Dental, Across from Gupta Orthodontics.

After Hours Phone Calls

Please try to call during office hours for any routine calls, prescription concerns or blood sugar or medication issues. After 4:30 urgent phone calls will be routed to the physician, however, Dr. Burton will not refill prescriptions after hours.

Examples of urgent after hour calls:

A diabetic with uncontrolled vomiting, inability to hold down fluids or inability to clear large ketones.

An urgent question about your diabetes care that needs to be addressed for patient safety.

Side Effect from a medication that the Endocrinologist has prescribed.

Severe illness that may require change in steroid dosing.

Holidays

The office will be closed on the following days: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

For life-threatening emergencies, call “911” or proceed to the nearest emergency department.
