Paying for your child’s care has just gotten easier with DPC.

What’s Direct Patient Care?

Direct Patient-Care (DPC) is our new payment structure. Instead of filing insurance claims and dealing with timelines dictated by others, our clinic is now cash-only and this allows us to ensure you receive the best care, as quickly as possible. Some patients need more than others, and we have different options for your unique needs. Click below to see how our Direct Patient-Care process works:

FAQs

  • We no longer accept insurance and are a cash-only clinic as of 2025. This makes the process not only easier for the patients and their families, but it also allows us to provide care in a faster and more efficient manner, whether you’re virtual or in person. (We do use insurance for prescription, lab, and/or imaging orders)

  • We transitioned to the DPC model to provide a more personalized and accessible experience for our patients. With DPC, you can pay a monthly fee for direct access to our doctors, physicians, and educators without the complications or delays associated with insurance. This approach allows us to focus on what matters most—delivering timely, high-quality care tailored to your child’s unique needs.

  • Please bring your child’s medical history, any relevant lab and/or radiology results, a list of medications, and completed patient forms. This helps us provide the best care possible.

  • Yes! We provide on-demand virtual visits, allowing you to consult with our specialists from the comfort of your home.
